How to make Churmuri
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3-4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 medium Chopped Tomato
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp oil
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds and ½ tbsp cumin seeds and let it splatter
- Now add, 1 cup chopped onion
- Add 3-4 chopped green chilis
- And Saute well.
- Next, add 1 medium Chopped tomato and saute
- Add ½ cup roasted peanut and saute.
- Add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- And add salt as per taste and saute well.
- Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Now add 2 bowls of puffed rice into the base and mix well.
Also, prepare our Badanekayi Bajji with Churmuri for an awesome evening snack.

And add salt as per taste and saute well.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Now add 2 bowls of puffed rice into the base and mix well.
Now the tasty and crunchy Churmuri is ready.
