Godhi Dose

In today’s blog, I will share the recipe for Godhi Dose. It is a life-saving recipe that I have learned from my grandma. I still remember those days when we all cousins used to sit in the kitchen eagerly waiting for our turn to eat hot dosas. Whenever I am in a hurry or not feeling well, I just go for Godhi dose. It tastes so good and fulfilling. It’s my daughter’s favorite too. It hardly takes 15 minutes to set the batter and start making Dosa. So, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients 

2.5 Cups of Wheat floor
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Water

Instructions with Images 

In a deel Vessel Add 2.5 cups of Wheat flour

Now, add water gradually till the batter reaches the consistency of the dosa batter.

Make sure there are no lumps.

Now, add 1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste.

Mix everything and let it set for 10 minutes

Now, spread the batter on a hot tawa greased with oil.

Add 1 tbsp Oil

Close the lid for 1 minute

Open the lid and turn it onto another side

Roast it well on both sides

Now the tasty Godhi Dose is ready.

tomato chutney

for the best combination.
