Easy recipe for Pineapple Jam

In today’s blog, I am going to share an easy recipe for Pineapple Jam. I still remember, in childhood, I used to steal the Pineapple jam from the kitchen and finish almost a full bottle of it along with my sister. My mom used to hide it from us so that we didn’t overeat it in one go. Sometimes, my father also used to join our team 😉 Because it tasted so yummy… Even, today while preparing the pineapple jam at home, I just can’t control the cravings. My daughter also loves it so much that she insists on spreading it over her slices of bread and chapatis and packing it for her lunch box. I learned this recipe from my mom. it is very easy and includes only 3 ingredients. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients

2 cups of Pineapple

1/4 the tbsp of Cardamom powder

1 cup of Sugar

Instructions with Images

In a mixing jar, add 2 cups of Pineapple cut into pieces

Grind it into a paste

Now, transfer the pineapple puree into a pan

Cook it on a medium flame for 10 minutes

Stir it in the middle so that it won’t get burned

Now, Add 1 cup of Sugar into it

Mix it continuously

Add 1/4 the tbsp of Cardamom powder and mix it well

Once the jam becomes sticky, turn off the gas

Let it cool completely
