Dahi Bhindi
In today’s blog, I will share the recipe of Dahi Bhindi. For some of you, it might be a weird combination…Yeah, Feel You! The first time when my brother recommended me to try this recipe out I was not sure if this combo tasted good. But, still, I gave it a try. Trust me it tasted heavenly yum! Bhindi and Dahi can be best friends! Everyone in my home loved it so much. I, being a foodie prepared it multiple times and savored it. Now, after all the hype I created, I can’t make you guys wait any longer. So, now let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
1 small dry red chili
2 slit green chilies
250 grams of Bhindi
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
200 ml of Curd
1 small Chopped Onion into pieces
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Instructions with Images
In a pan add 2 tbsp Oil
Add 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Add 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
Then, add 1 small dry red chili and saute
Add 2 slit green chilies and saute
Next, add 250 grams of Bhindi And saute
Add 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
Fry bhindi well until the stickiness goes
In a bowl take 200 ml of Curd
Add fried Bhindi mixture
Next, add 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Add 1 small Chopped onion into pieces
Add 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Mix everything well
Now our Dahi Bhindi is Ready to savor.
You can have it with Roti, Chapati, and rice. I just love the texture and combination of Dahi and Bhindi. I am sure you will like it. Please give this recipe a try
