I started including chia seeds in my daily diet during my weight loss journey. The high fiber in chia seeds keeps you full for longer and reduces the cravings thus aiding in weight loss. Ingredients 

2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Honey
200 ml water
1/2 lemon

Instructions with Images 

In a bowl add 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Add 1/2 cup of Water and soak it overnight

Next day, chia seeds will be germinated

Forming a thick jelly-like coat on it
In a glass add 2 tbsp Germinated chia seeds

Add 200 ml warm water

Chia seeds drink

Squeeze half a lemon into it

Chia seeds drink

Add 1 tbsp Honey.

Mix everything well
