Ingredients
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Honey
200 ml water
1/2 lemon
Instructions with Images
In a bowl add 2 tbsp Chia seeds
Add 1/2 cup of Water and soak it overnight
Next day, chia seeds will be germinated
Forming a thick jelly-like coat on it
In a glass add 2 tbsp Germinated chia seeds
Add 200 ml warm water
Squeeze half a lemon into it
Add 1 tbsp Honey.
Mix everything well
Now, your healthy Chia Seeds Drink is ready.
