Brinjal fry

In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Brinjal fry. Brinjal is my favourite vegetable and I love to try different recipes with it. In north Karnataka, any festival or function is incomplete without Brinjal dishes. Whenever we prepare rice, rasam, or sambar, we prepare this as a side dish. The combination of the three tastes so good. I learned this recipe from my mom. I can’t wait to share this recipe with you all. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.
