Bhindi chutney
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 7-8 chopped Bhindi
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 small piece of Tamarind
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
- Add 7-8 chopped Bhindi
- Add 3-4 Garlic cloves
- Next, add 5-6 curry leaves
- Lastly, add 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Saute everything well. Make sure the aroma of the raw bhindi reduce
- Once everything is fried well, let them cool
- Now, transfer them into a mixy jar
- Add 1 tbsp salt
- Add 1 small piece of Tamarind
- Grind it into a smooth paste.
- Now, the tasty Bhindi chutney is ready to savor.
