Barley Water
In today’s blog, I will share the barley water recipe. I never knew about Bali water until my husband got kidney stones. So many people recommended having barley water on an empty stomach every morning. And soon after 2 to 3 days, it started showing positive effects on his health, and the pain started reducing along with some medication that he took so with his miraculous drink, he was able to cure the pain of kidney stones. So I thought of sharing this very powerful drink that might help you. And also barley is rich in fibre and antioxidants. This helps in weight loss and healthy weight management. Ingredients
1/2 cup Barley
2 glasses of water
Half a lemon
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch of salt
Instructions with images
Soak 1/2 cup of cleaned barley in water overnight
Discard the water
Add soaked barley into a cooker
Add 2 glass of water
Pressure cook for 3 whistles
Barely is cooked well
Separate water into a bowl
Let it cool
Squeeze half a lemon into it
Add 1 tbsp honey and Mix it well
Add 1 pinch of salt
Mix it well
Your healthy Barley water is ready
