Avocado Sandwich recipes
In today’s blog, I am going to share one of the easy and tasty Avocado Sandwich recipes. Coming from North Karnataka, I never really had sandwiches for breakfast before getting married. After marriage, my husband introduced me to having Sandwiches for breakfast or dinner. I really fell in love with Sandwiches and started experimenting with multiple recipes for Sandwiches. Avocado Sandwich is one of my favorites. It is tasty as well as healthy. It takes very little time to prepare it. Now, let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
1 Avocado
1 tbsp Green chilli pieces(Avaoid for kids)
1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
1 small onion chopped into pieces
1 small tomato chopped into pieces
1/4 tbsp chaat masala
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions with Images
In a bowl Add the pulp of Avocado
Smash it well
Add 1 tbsp Green chili pieces(Avaoid for kids, use red chili powder)
Next, add 1 small onion chopped into pieces
Add a small tomato chopped into pieces
Now add 1/2 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Add 1/4 tbsp chaat masala
Mix everything well
Add 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Mix everything well
Add chopped Coriander leaves
Mix well
Place 2 slices of bread on a pan greased with ghee
Toast the slices of bread on both sides
Now, spread the Avocado stuffing on one slice
Place another slice over it
Now tasty and healthy Avocado toast is ready to savor.
