Andhra-style Palak Pachadi
In today’s blog, I’m going to share the recipe for Andhra-style Palak Pachadi. I have a friend from Andhra Pradesh who once invited me to her home for dinner. She is an excellent cook, and I loved the food she prepared. Among the multiple dishes from Andhra cuisine, the Palak Pachadi stood out. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating it with rice and chapati. I immediately asked my friend for the recipe, and she kindly shared it with me. The next day, I made Palak Pachadi at home, and it was a hit. It has been a regular dish in our home ever since. It’s easy to prepare and can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. When a dish touches my soul, I never miss sharing the recipe with you. So, without any delay, let’s jump into the recipe.
