Alugadde palya/Potato ki sabji
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil.
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2-3 chopped Green chilis
- 1 cup sliced onion
- ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3-4 boiled potatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter.
- Next, add 2-3 chopped Green chilis and saute.
- Add 1 cup sliced onion and saute well.
- Now, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
- Add ½ tbsp Garam masala
- And add 1 tbsp salt
- Mix everything well
- Next, add 3-4 boiled potatoes and smash them.
- Mix all the ingredients well with aloo.
- Lastly, garnish it with 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- Now, the tasty Aloo ki Sabji is ready to savor.
Instructions with Images
Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds and let them splatter.
Next,add 1-2 tbsp Urad dal. Crunchy urad dals add good taste to the palya and add 2-3 chopped Green chilis and saute.
Add 1 cup sliced onion and saute well.
Now, add ½ tbsp Turmeric powder
Add ½ tbsp Garam masala
And add 1 tbsp salt
Mix everything well
Next, add 3-4 boiled potatoes and smash them. Mix all the ingredients well with aloo.
Lastly, garnish it with 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
