Aloo Parotha
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp green chilies
- ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Heat a pan and 2 tbsp oil
- Add ½ tbsp Mustard seeds and ½ tbsp cumin seeds
- Next, add 1 cup small chopped onion
- Add 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
- Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- And add ¼ the cup chopped coriander leaves
- Saute everything well
- Now add 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
- Mix everything well. Now the stuffing is ready.
- Take chapati dough and knead it.
- Take one medium mixed dough and roll it into a small circle.
- Now add the stuffing according to the size of the dough
- Cover the dough around the stuffing as shown in the image
- Now completely seal the dough and start making paratha.
- Gently press all sides of the paratha and start rolling using a rolling pin.
- Heat a Tawa and add 1 tbsp oil and transfer the Parantha onto the Tawa.
- Let it cook on one side completely
- Flip it over to cook on another side.
- Now the yummy and tasty Aloo paratha is ready to savor.

Mix everything well. Now the stuffing is ready.

Now completely seal the dough and start making paratha.
Gently press all sides of the paratha and start rolling using a rolling pin.
Heat a Tawa and add 1 tbsp oil and transfer the Parantha onto the Tawa.
Let it cook on one side completely
Flip it over to cook on another side.
Now the yummy and tasty Aloo paratha is ready to savor.
