Hurali Sankati
In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for one of the Indian superfoods that is consumed throughout India in different forms. Horse Gram or Hurali kalu is a superfood that comes with an eternal taste and aroma along with numerous health benefits. In My home, Hurali kalu sankati is a common breakfast that we savored for our breakfast as a side dish almost every other day. The taste, the texture, and the aroma will steal your heart and you will definitely fall in love with it. Now, let me share the recipe for one my favorite recipes for Hurali kalu Sankati

Ingredients
1 cup of Horse gram or Hurali kalu
1/4 cup of Water
1 glass water
3-4 tbsp Jaggery
Instructions with images
In a pan add 1 cup of Horse gram or Hurali kalu
Roast it until it starts to pop
Once the horse gram turns to a golden brown colour
Turn off the gas and let it cool
Once they are cool, transfer them into a jar and Grind them into powder
Add 2 tbsp of The powder prepared into a bowl
Add 1/4 cup of Water
Mix it and prepare a paste
Now, in a vessel add 1 glass of water and Bring it to boil
Next, add 3-4 tbsp Jaggery
melt the jaggery completely
Once, the water to boil add this paste to the water
Mix it continuously
Once the bubble starts to burst, Turn off the gas
Now, your Hurali kalu sankati is ready
Enjoy it hot with a tbsp of Ghee or some milk. I am sure you will love it. You can have it as a breakfast, snack, or even a light dinner. It satisfies your stomach. You will feel full for longer.
