Potato Fry
In today’s blog, I will share the recipe for Potato Fry. Aloo lovers please raise your hands! (Me…!!!!). I know, there can be no one in India who doesn’t love Aloo. It’s such a cute and versatile vegetable. It goes in curry, sambar, tambuli, paratha, bajji, and what not. Potato Fry is one of the easiest and fastest recipes of Aloo. It tastes so good with curd rice or Rasam and Rice. I just love it.I am sure you will love it. Now, without any delay let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 dry red chili
2 Big potatoes cut into cubes
1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red Chili powder
1/4 tbsp Chat masala
Instructions with Images
In a pan add 3 tbsp Oil
Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds and 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Next, Add 1 dry red chili and saute
Add 2 Big potatoes cut into cubes
Mix everything well
Add 1 tbsp Salt (as per taste)
Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame
Open the lid and cook it well
Add 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
Add 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
And add 1/4 tbsp Chat masala
Mix everything well.
Now, our Potato Fry is ready
