Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
1 small onion chopped into dice
2 medium-sized grated Beetroot
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chili powder
Instructions with Images
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Add 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds and 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
Add 4-5 curry leaves and 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves and saute
Now, Add 1 small onion chopped into dices and saute until onion turn golden brown
Now Add 2 medium Beetroot grated
Saute until Beetroot becomes soft
Now, add 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
Add 1 tbsp salt according to taste and mix well Close the lid and cook for 2 min on low flame
Now Add 1 tbsp red chili powder and mix well
Cook for 2 more minutes on low flame
Bow yummy and healthy Beetroot curry is ready.
