Mavinakayi chutney recipe
In today’s blog, I am sharing the recipe for the Mavinakayi chutney recipe in Kannada. Mango is one of my favorite fruits. When it’s summer my mom used to prepare multiple dishes of mangoes. We just loved to savor those yummy dishes in our daily meals. Mavinakayi chutney is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes that she would make. It is very easy to prepare it. It takes hardly 5 minutes to prepare. Without any delay let’s get into the recipe.

Ingredients:
8-10 Garlic cloves
2 green chilies
4-5 Curry leaves
Handful of Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
2 tbsp Red chili powder
1-2 tbsp Jaggery
1 tbsp Salt
1 Large raw mango(2 small mangoes)
2 tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion
Instructions with Images
In a mixing jar, add 8-10 Garlic cloves
Add 2 green chilies, 4-5 Curry leaves, and a handful of Coriander leaves
Add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
Now, add 2 tbsp Red chili powder
Add 1-2 tbsp Jaggery according to your preference.
Grind it into a coarse paste.
Now, add 1 Large Raw Mango or 2 small mangoes chopped
Add 1 medium onion and cut into dice.
Grind everything into a smooth paste.
Now, In a tempering pan, add 2 tbsp Oil and heat it
Once the oil is heated, add 1 tbsp mustard seeds
Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds
Lastly, add 4-5 curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add this to the Mango paste and mix everything well.
Finally, the tastiest Mavinakayi chutney is ready to savor.
