Palak Paneer is one of the most loved and tasty North Indian foods… I never miss an opportunity to taste Palak Paneer, whenever I visit any Dhaba… I just love the taste of it made in Dhaba…
Blog never ends if I start to write the benefits of consuming Paneer regularly…It is a high-protein vegetarian food…Me being a foodie, love to savor Paneer dishes at least twice a month…I cant visit Dhaba frequently. So, I learned to cook Palak Paneer at home in Dhaba style… It is very easy to prepare… In today’s blog, I am going to share the recipe for Palak Paneer Dhava style

Palak Paneer Dhaba style
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Palak
- 2 tbsp oil
- 150 gram of Paneer cubes
- ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 inch chopped ginger 6-7 garlic cloves, and 1 sliced onion
- 2-3 slit Green chilis and saute
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- ½ tbsp Garam masala
- ½ tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan boil 1&½ glass of water
- Add 1 bunch of Palak
- Bring it to a boil. The palak leaves become soft
- Now, transfer the palak leaves into cold water.
- Sieve the palak and transfer it into the jar
- Step 2
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
- Now, add 150 grams of Paneer cubes into the pan
- Roast them well
- Transfer them onto a plate.
- Now, in the same pan add ½ tbsp Cumin seeds
- Let the splatter
- Now, add 1 inch chopped ginger, 6-7 garlic cloves, and 1 sliced onion
- Saute them well
- Add 2-3 slit Green chilis and saute
- Next, add 1 chopped Tomato and saute
- Close the lid and let them soften for 5 minutes
- Cool and transfer the veggies into the jar
- Blend palak and veggies well
- Step 3
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil
- Add ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
- Add 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- And add ½ tbsp Garam masala
- Next, add ½ tbsp Cumin powder
- Add 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Saute everything well
- Now, transfer the Palak paste into it
- Mix everything well
- Add 1 tbsp salt, according to your taste
- Mix and close the lid and cook for two minutes
- Add roasted paneer cubes into it and mix
- Now, the yummy Palak Paneer is ready to savor.

Step 1

Now, transfer the Palak paste into it. Mix everything well
Add 1 tbsp salt, according to your taste
Mix and close the lid and cook for two minutes
Add roasted paneer cubes into it and mix
Now, the yummy Palak Paneer is ready to savor.
